2. Considering your complete experience with TRB, how likely would you be to recommend us to a friend or colleague?
Comments:- We were very happy with the complete build process so we would definitely recommend TRB to anyone that we know that was looking to build.
3. How would you rate the sales experience?
Comments:- 10/10. We dealt with Jena and she was exceptional at her job and made the process very easy and stress free.
4. How would you rate your colour selection experience?
Comments:- 10/10. Vanessa was great at her job and helped us achieve the look we were after.
5. Which TRB Builder built your home? Stephen Matthews Homes or Gary Lange Homes? How would you rate your builder?
Comments:- Stephen Matthews. 10/10 We built with Steve and he was great to deal with for our first build, he listened to any questions or concerns and was extremely thorough.
6. How would you rate the builders supervisor?
Comment:- 10/10. Jason was great to deal with. If we had any questions he was always happy to answer our calls.
7. How would you rate your experience with our subcontractors?
Comment:- 10/10. All subcontractors were good at their jobs. Wouldn’t expect anything less from TRB.
8. Overall, how satisfied are you with your new home?
Comment:- We are very happy with our new house. Being our first build we were worried about the whole build process but everything turned out perfect.
9. Please list the main reason that persuaded you to use TRB?
Comment:- We wanted a high quality home so we knew that’s what we would get from TRB.
10.What’s the one thing we lack that could’ve made your experience easier?
Comment:- Overall we were very happy with everything and wouldn’t change anything.
